Candidates are required to pay Application Fee of Rs.500/- through SB Collect by ONLINE/SBI Branch. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/Women/ESM/CSIR Employees are exempted from submission of application fee.

The transaction number generated after successful payment of fee is required to be mentioned in the online application. The candidates are advised to download the E-receipt containing transaction number and transaction date etc.

Fees once paid will not be refunded on any count nor can it be held in reserve for any other recruitment or selection process.

• Candidates should fill the correct information and they are solely responsible for any typographical or other errors in data feeding. Request for correction after final submission will not be entertained.
• Before filling the Online Application Form, Candidates have to keep the scanned copy of clearly visible recent passport size colour photo of dimensions 300px width, 400px height (3:4 ratio) and maximum 1MB size in standard image format .jpg) and Scanned copy of clearly visible signature of dimension 300px width, 100px height and maximum 1MB size in standard image format.
• Candidates can Login any number of times and navigate across the tabs 1 to 8 to fill or update information. Please use "Save details" button to preserve the filled in information.
• Personal and Educational details tabs will be frozen once the candidate applies for the post(s). No modifications will be permitted after submission of the applied post(s).
  Candidates are therefore advised to verify all information carefully before applying for the post(s).
• After completing all sections of the application form, click “Validate & Preview Application” to validate all tabs. Upon successful validation, the candidate will be able to preview the application.
• After reviewing the application preview and ensuring all details are correct, click the “Final Submit” button to submit the application finally.
• Please note that once application is submitted, candidates will not have access to edit any information in Online Application Form. Hence, candidates have to ensure that they completely fill the application form in all respects with correct details and verify it before final submission.
• After final submission of the online application form, please click "DOWNLOAD APPLICATION FORM [ PDF ]" button to generate the PDF file of each Application form. Take the printouts of the file; append your signature at the space provided for it on the application form.
• The soft copy of the Application Form can be downloaded from this portal until 03.03.2026 (23:30 hrs IST)
• After applying online, the candidates should keep a soft copy of his / her application. They should not send hard copy of application after submission of online application.
• Candidates qualifying in the first stage of examination alone would be asked, at an appropriate time, to submit the hard copy of their application.
